Liz Yorke and Associates, established in 1989, is a multi-dimensional health and human services management and organization development consulting firm. LY&A, based in Ontario, is owned and operated by Liz Yorke, who lives in Toronto. LY&A assists clients to make better decisions for the future, based on collection and analysis of significant information, specialized and objective advice built from broad experience and a high level of skill, and workable ideas. The firm’s portfolio includes project management, business analysis, facilitation, and extensive research, planning and evaluative work in the private, not-for-profit, and broader public sectors. The firm is committed to a collaborative approach in assisting Government, public sector organizations, private corporations, and not-for-profit agencies in their search for innovative and practical solutions to new and evolving challenges. The firm’s resources include both Ontario and Atlantic-Canada colleagues.

Hatfield Management Consulting, also owned by Liz Yorke, is registered with the Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stock Companies. The firm integrates the resources and expertise from Liz Yorke and Associates and those provided by Liz’s Atlantic-Canada based colleagues to provide a range of health and human consulting services in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.

Our Teams

Liz Yorke BA, MSW, the principal of the firms, is located in Toronto. Liz, a former professional social worker, has over twenty years experience as an external consultant. She has assisted health and human services organizations with strategic, organizational and operational planning and the evaluation of programs and services. Her experience includes:

  • Leadership of consulting projects with public, not-for-profit and corporate clients
  • Management of public sector health and human services reform and program evaluation projects for community-based and institutional services
  • Consultation with a wide range of clients/consumers of public services
  • Assembly of specifically designed teams for individual consulting projects

Liz is a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

Project teams are assembled to respond to the specific needs of each project and include associates with demonstrated successful experience in the health and human services.
